14:30. Meeting with Jocelyn in Larys's office on Rue Vasselot. We try to fill in the picture a bit. Larys confirms that he wants me to be involved in the curating of the Art Cup . I confirm my agreement and suggest that the event be held in Nantes. Ideally, the match would be played in the old Marcel Saupin stadium and the exhibition held at the FRAC des Pays de la Loire in Carquefou. If we can't get Marcel Saupin, we should organise the whole thing in Carquefou which, if memory serves, has a decent football team (CFA2 perhaps). Since the FRAC is involved in the Just a Walk project, it would be logical to present one of the parts of it there. As I tell Jocelyn when we're walking through the city after the meeting with Larys, I also think we need to articulate things properly so that the project can be perceived clearly. If the Art Cup constitutes an event in its own right, here it is part of a larger ensemble that is Just a Walk . If the match and exhibition are held in early 2007, then that period is also when they'll open Jocelyn's exhibition at La Criée, the culmination and conclusion of two years' work.
